After graduating from UCSD, Lisa spent 12 years in the corporate world. She wanted to take her business development and client service skills in an entrepreneurial direction in 2006 when she began her Real Estate career. Lisa’s attention to detail and keen negotiation skills allowed her to excel very quickly. Lisa prides herself on truly listening and understanding her clients’ needs in order to most effectively service and represent them. Sometimes this means actually finding houses for her clients that they did not find on their own or introducing them to neighborhoods they had not considered. This is very rare when most clients find properties online. This ability comes from building relationships and understanding her clients, needs, wishes and requirements then applying those to her devoted study of the local market and inventory. Lisa has sold real estate all along the coastal corridor between Del Mar and Oceanside with a particular emphasis on the Cardiff/ Encinitas marketplace representing both buyers and sellers. The majority of Lisa’s clients are repeat and referrals, so she goes where they go including Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego, Point Loma, La Costa, San Marcos, Scripps Ranch & Carmel Valley.

Kelly met Lisa in 2008 on a transaction where he was the listing agent for an architecturally unique home and Lisa represented the buyer. They began to work as a team in 2009 combining their talents, commitment to clients and passion for real estate. Lisa resides in Encinitas where she has been since 1985 and realizes it is her great fortune to live and work in paradise and to assist her valued clients with decisions that affect the very heart of their lives….their homes. 

In 14 + years working together, Lisa & Kelly have successfully navigated many complex transactions including bluff front, architecturally significant, new construction, vacant land, duplexes, those requiring  geotechnical analysis, probate, along with innumerable traditional single family home sales. They are skilled in guiding clients through the tricky timing of selling and buying when the sale is contingent for the purchase. They have countless resources, trades and vendors to make the process as seamless as possible for their clients.
